LOWER BACK PAIN PREVENTION
Try this movement:
Set in place for 5 minutes
3 times per day

Begin by sitting upright in a chair facing forward in a neutral
position and rest your hands on either side of body.
Move your buttocks as far back in the chair as possible.
Lean forward to place the lumbar roll (towel, pillow, etc.) right
above the top of the buttocks.
Keeping the lumbar roll in place, lean comfortably against the
back of chair, arching the lower back slightly.
Sustain the corrected position as long as possible.
