Corrective Posture

Movement Instructions:

Begin by sitting upright in a chair facing forward in a neutral
position and rest your hands on either side of body. -
Move your buttocks as far back in the chair as possible.

Lean forward to place the lumbar roll (towel, pillow, etc.) right
above the top of the buttocks. -
Keeping the lumbar roll in place, lean comfortably against the
back of chair, arching the lower back slightly. -
Sustain the corrected position as long as possible.
